As part of our fall clean-up, we contacted SHINE Window and Eaves Cleaning with a request to have a large climbing ivy removed from the fascia, soffits and windows of our 2 1/2 storey home. From the initial contact through to the work and subsequent follow-up, the courteous staff were professional, well organized and competent.Justin and his crew, Ethan and Jason, did an impressive job, taking care to support the ivy while cutting it back where necessary. They were hard working and efficient, taking the necessary safety precautions and working effectively as a team. They checked in with me over the course of the work, ensuring a mutual understanding of what was expected, and the clean-up following the work was very thorough. The guys were courteous, friendly and clearly enjoyed working as a team, even despite the cold wet weather.I will highly recommend this company to family and neighbours. (KB)

The two young men were fantastic! Polite and efficient , I am on the list to have them back again. Absolutely would recommend. Everything was done, and extras too ( mirrors and shower stall) and spotlessly clean when they left.
Just recently had our exterior windows and gutter cleaned. They have spent some good amount of time doing the job which is very good. Staff are very friendly and communicating. Helped take care of the debris by bagging them up. Effective communication of booking and scheduling with message updates which made things very easy for me. Like the work and would recommend.
Chris and Chris did an amazing job. It was long overdue and they cleaned it up like new! Even sent before and after photos to show the results and any issues to watch for.I would highly recommend this team !!

I have used this company for 2 years & I highly recommend them. They go above & beyond what you expect. The staff listen to my concerns & take care of them. My back windows are difficult to get to because I live beside a Ravine on a hill. They are willing to climb around the building to get to my patio. I'am very impressed by what they do! .Aubrey & Igor were sent to my place by Shine Windows & they are fantastic.

Francis and Jacob did a fantastic job on the gutters at my two storey residence. These gutters haven’t been touched in over 5 years and they tackled the challenge using the proper equipment with such professionalism and enthusiasm. The before and afters are stunning and they finished without any delays or problems. Kind professionals are hard to come by lately and I’ll definitely be contacting them again for future cleanings.
